• By equipping any type of  Weapon, or Armor that increases Evasion.
• By unlocking Perk:
  • Quick Reflexes: +5% Evasion
  • Steady Shot: Gain +20% Evasion and +10% Hit Chance in Low Cover when using a Heavy Machine Gun.
