Utility are categorized as accessories, it is an extension of the player's equipment that provides extra buffs, multiple effects, and to boost their stats when it is worn. Utility can be looted from chests, crates, dropped by enemies, or purchased from merchants.

Sonic Emitter Penalties
NOTE: Some Utility requires a certain level of Attributes in order for the character to be able to equipped it. This doesn't mean that you can't equip utility that don't meet your Attributes level, you can, however, still equip utility at the result of some penalties when it is used in combat. So for example, if you equip a Savage Armor that requires a 5 Strength, but you're only 4, you can still use it but you'll be penalized with negative effects such as a less speed to move, Actions Points, and more.
