Social Skills in Wasteland 3 are Skills that helps the player improve their interactions towards characters. There is a total of 4 Social Kills available, and they are Barter, Hard Ass, Kick Ass, and Leadership.

Barter
Allows you to buy items for less, and sell them for more.
Additional Bonus:
- Sell Value +50% to +500%
- Buy Cost -%1 to -10%
Perks available:
- Penny Pincher at level 3
- Antiques Appraiser at level 7
Hard Ass
Allows you to intimidate others to do what you want and throw them off guard
Additional Bonus:
- Succeed at Hard Ass skills Checks (Difficulty 1 to 10 or less)
Perks available:
- None
Kiss Ass
Allows you to sweet-talk information out of others and bring them to your way of thinking.
Additional Bonus:
- Succeed at Kiss Ass skills Checks (Difficulty 1 to 10 or less)
Perks available:
- None
Leadership
Inspires your nearby allies, and grants you abilities to command the battlefield.
Additional Bonus:
- Nearby Allies Gain: +1% to +10% Hit Chance
- Nearby Bonus on Boss Kill: +2.5% to +25% Damage
- Ally Bonus on Multi-Kill: +2% to +20% Crit Chance
- Ally Bonus on Revive: +2% to +20% CON Healed

- Demoralize at level 5
