Status Effects for Wasteland 3 are bonuses or penalties that affect a character for a certain amount of time. I am using a heavy gunner with a rocket launcher for a secondary, I have noticed 1 or 2 turns after launching a rocket he gets "tuckered out" which greatly reduces his AP and I have no idea why other than his strength is only on 2 but Coordination is maxed. Maybe he needs more strength I guess to carry the heavy machine gun and a rocket launcher?
