Kodiak is a Vehicle in Wasteland 3. The Kodiak is a brand new exploration and combat mechanic of the game. Players will be able to explore the World Map of Colorado by using the Kodiak and they will also be able to use it during combat in certain situations.
In order to upgrade the Kodiak, you will need to acquire a group of mechanics for the garage. This can be done as soon as you acquire the quest Unwelcome Guests, which you pick up from Gideon Reyes in Broadmoor Heights.
Introducing the Kodiak
Both while exploring and fighting, players will now be able to make use of the Kodiak, an armored vehicle. The Kodiak is mainly used during World Map exploration, but it can also be used in combat if you are close enough when the combat starts. In addition to being a mobile base for travel and storing items, players will be able to modify the vehicle to provide cover in combat, as well as provide offensive support via deadly turrets.
Acquiring the Kodiak
Players will be able to use the Kodiak after they finish the first area of the game and head into the World Map. The Kodiak starts with basic equipment and a radiation protection of 0, and can later be upgraded to increase its defensive and offensive capabilities as well as its appearance.

There is also Magneto Cannon a weapon for kodiak, found in the energy base near mountains where you need to find and kill a synth.

There is also Alloy Vehicle Plating I don't know where did I find it (Maybe in Mechanics Shop fight) but it gives:
CON : +250
Armor:+60
Combat Speed:-0.8
It was a hard figt. 2 options but which was correct I don't know.
1)Mechanics shop but this is a less chance option
2)The Bizzare Movie Clip finding quest which you need to access an old bunker of Monster Army's and in a boss fight where you find the movie you also find this plating in a Crate.
