A talented radio operator assigned by the Patriarch to aid the Rangers in their operations in Colorado.
Del Hackett
The woman is gaunt, her clothes ragged. She is surrounded by a group of bedraggled vagrants who watch you with fear and mistrust.

The Prisoner
A rather odd man found locked up in the brig of the Peterson Air Force Base, claiming to have survived numerous changes in management thanks to a steady diet of mushroom, vermin, and water dripping from the ceiling.

Maj. Vera Prasad
Commanding officer of the second team sent to Colorado, Major Prasad is a hardcore Ranger who will stop at nothing to achieve her mission.

Dorsey Stalker
It is a generic character.

Jarett Dorsey
Leader of the Dorseys that ambushed the Ranger caravan from Arizona

Major Tomcat
Pet cat of the Desert Ranger convoy to Colorado. It is the Rangers’ mascot, and most valuable squad member.

Jack of Hearts
From his pinky ring, to his gold neck chain, to his skin tight polyester pants, everything about this guy says he knows he can have whoever he wants - and he wants you.

Ten of Hearts
This is the most beautiful woman you've ever met.

Queen of Hearts
The leather-clad woman crosses her legs and leans forward, her riding crop balanced on her knee.

Ace of Hearts
This woman wears her age like a gift. Her red-rose smile is conspiratorial, like something intended just for you. She uncrosses and recrosses her legs, drawing your attention south.

King of Hearts
He is a giant, shirtless Prostitute.

Joker
A goat leisurely paces this well-decorated room. It appears even-tempered and attractively rounded. As your eyes meet, it trots up to you, a playful spring in its step. The goat is wearing a bucket around its neck. Someone has stenciled 'joker $10 onto the side of the jail.

Doc Parker
A linebacker in a lab coat, this doctor is clearly weary, but works feverishly to bandage the bloody head of an unconscious young woman. His shoulders sag with relief. Parker is an Arapaho tribesman, even if he doesn't speak the language, Parker is the best in Colorado Springs, to the point that he was the Patriarch's personal physician for a while.

Drive Train
He is one of the Arapaho crew members involved in the ambush southwest of Colorado Springs.

Austin Pease
The teenage prisoner is gaunt and pale. His hair is tousled and greasy, his face angular with hunger. He stares at the pillories with dread, swallowing occasionally.
He sees you staring at him and snaps back to reality.

Magistrate Silas Watkins
This dour man looks out at the pillories with an expression of grim satisfaction. His sallow skin pulls tight over his face, and his thin lips press together in a hard line.

Paperboy
This young man is still in his teens. He carries numerous copies of a newspaper, the Colorado Patriot.

Animatronic
This animatronic figure is dressed like a marshal. Nothing differentiates it from any of the other figures in the display.

Martha Casady
Martha is the wife of Josiah Casady and the co-owner of a clothing shop in the heart of Colorado Springs.

Sheriff Daisy
The Sheriff is a statuesque woman with graying blonde hair, and steel in her smile.

Snappin' Jimmy Bob
Heir to a proud trading family, Jimmy Bob is a trader just like his Daddy used to be! He is also the proud owner of a genuine, working microwave oven that allows for fixing up true delicacies (except, of course, it got broken in the Dorsey raid).

Mary Milk-Teeth
A simple humanitarian who offers medical goods for purchase, particularly regret remedies.

Taiwan Jones
Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Taiwan is a weapons merchant with a penchant for making ocean related puns and jokes about every milisecond or so.

Marshal Lupinski
Unshaven and slovenly, Marshal Lupinski shifts his unlit, half-smoked cigar to the corner of his mouth as you approach.

Theodoric Curie
The son of nuclear scientist, Theodoric is responsible for maintaining Colorado Springs' defensive wall and the Tesla defenses crowning it. He has been working on cold fusion with his parents, but as of late, maintaining the defenses and shoring up the dwindling power reserves takes up a majority of his time.

Inspector Delgado
This clean-cut marshal looks like he's in his mid-30s - his honest, open face gives h appearance of a man in the prime of life.

Jimmie Longhaul
A linebacker in a lab coat, this doctor is clearly weary, but works feverishly to bandage the bloody head of an unconscious young woman.

Mama Cotter
Grizzled and gnarled as an old oak tree, the round little woman scowls at you from under her scarf, eyes invisible in a face that is more wrinkles than skin.

Bellamy Ward
The young gentleman is covered with dirt and shivering from the cold. His eyes are wide and shocked.

Isaac Reed
The clothes on this young man are impeccably tailored, the height of local fashion. He holds his hands up and launches into what is obviously a prepared speech.

Junko Murayama

Hope Emerson
A veteran of the penal business, formerly responsible for a lockup in post-nuclear Amity, Colorado, Hope is the rare jailer in the wasteland who doesn't want to destroy the prisoners under their control.

This man greets you with a smile, but his eyes dart about, never staying focused on your faces. He has a collection of pins and medals strewn across his chest.

Ken Doll
This man's face is a crosshatch of scars. He puts on a professional smile as you approach.

Faran Brygo
An exception among ambitious wastelanders, Brygo never wanted power or control over a government. Brygo simply wanted a comfortable life and wealth, but to achieve that goal, he had to participate in power games and establish a stable, civil society with disposable income.

Boulder
The man is huge, scarred, and smells like a distillery outhouse. He sways on his feets. He is the head of a local mercenary company called the Local 168.

Mactavish
A native of Colorado with an incredibly fake Glaswegian accent, MacTavish is a fraud in more ways than one.

Rosie Wong
Rosie Wong is waiting for you when you enter, smoking a cigarette. She smells when she sees you. Her teeth are the color of caramel corn.

Gary "Nacl" Wolfe
She is a a merc who's had dealings with the Rangers In Arizona, and want's Synth's head.

Diligent Joe
Aide to Saul Buchanan, Joe is essentially his chancellor, ensuring that everything goes off without a hitch and nothing escapes the Patriarch's notice.

Miriam Knox
The middle-aged woman murmurs quietly to herself, her hands clasped in prayer. When she notices you standing nearby, she looks up, and you see tears streaming down her cheeks.

Gideon Reyes
This man looks like he might have been drawn by a mathematician - precision-cut luxury and manucured good looks.

Irv
A tall, lanky man researcher looking for data on cloning and related technologies. Irv is actually a fourth generation clone of Irwin John Finster - and not even a particularly good one, as while he can use his cloning technology, he can't really make proper clones to save his life.

Valor Buchanan
One of the three children of the Patriarch, Valor was soft and spoiled according to his father. He fiddled with computers all day instead of learning the arts of diplomacy and war.

Ananda Rabindranath
Before you stands a man dressed in an impeccably clean, well-maintained suit. He bows with a flourish as you approach, and without pause starts rattling off a practiced spiel. Ananda is a capable merchant, a Mannerite missionary, and a civilized man in an uncivilized land.

Paris Handler
A hopeful dye merchant, eager to enter the Bizarre and make a living there as a dyemaker, Paris is faced with the challenge of recreating a perfect Blood Red Dye to get inside.

Six - Fingered Larry
An honest merchant who has no idea why they call him Six-Fingered, Larry is notable for the fact that he's the caretaker of Polly, a miserable flying piece of fowl-mouthed bird. He can part with it

Dr. Smiles
This man is tearing teeth from the corpse on the dentist chair in front of him. He turns to you with a maniacal grin, revealing a face covered in blood and clown makeup.

Lewis Stenerud
The head of the smuggler gang currently busy getting refugees into Colorado Springs.

Carmen
Carmen is the unofficial leader of the latest batch of refugees Lewis Stenerud promised to get into Colorado Springs.

Frank E Steen
A spooked guard in a spooky mask, Frank has been told to watch over the entrance into the Warrens' unsafe sections.

DJ R.I.P.
The voice of the Bizarre's premier radio station, DJ R.I.P. is heard all over the Colorado on the airwaves. He used to transmit from the bazaar proper, but he was "encouraged" to moved downstairs to keep the volume manageable for the greater population.

Gwynplaine
Dressed in the traditional garb of a Monster Army pig tender, Gwynplaine is currently looking after the Bizarre's pigs, the source of their meat, leather, and much of its wealth. The only thing she complains about is the god-awful stench she has no way to mask.

Randy Gett
This young red-headed man is decked out with tools, ready for work. He turns to you, not pausing his fervent chewing.

Gwyn Talbot
A reek of tobacco and tannin surrounds this wizened, dark-skinned woman. Without breaking eye contact, she swaps her chewed-down cigarette stub for a fresh one and lights it before she speaks.
Gwyn is the local armor merchant, selling outfits and armor finely crafted from tanned leather hides.

Bartender Finn
A fresh face who started working at the Mountain Bar just a week ago, Finn is simply selling drinks and trying not to get spooked by the rumors circling about.

Masato
The man before you is moving so fast he's nearly a blur, as he dashes from pot to pot on his stoves - stirring one, tasting another. As you approach, he stops his cooking to turn his undivided attention to you.

Pareidolia Jones
As you approach, this man's eyes flit over every member of your team, as if assessing whether or not you are a direct threat. He relaxes after a moment, and touches the brim of his hat with a slight nod.

Long John
For an that it might be swaddled in dirty, mismatched fabric, this figure is clearly anything but human. At your approach, it straightens with a creak of rusted gears and presses a palm to the Nixon mask over its face.

Quarex
A weedy young man with thick glasses and various old 8-bit game cartridges and controllers hung around his neck as a totems. He has Pac-Man tattooed on his forehead, just under his shaggy blond hair. He sports a neatly-trimmed, mustache-less goatee.

The Sanctified Piscitelli
The woman has scars all over her body, marks that speak of acid burns and shrapnel damage. Her eyes are scarred and blind, yet she turns to you as you approach. The Sanctified Piscitelli is the owner and operator of the Bizarre’s weapon store and experimental workshop.

Eidilon
This woman's shocking purple hair and ridiculously voluptuous form make her stand out from the average wastelander. She looks like she dropped in from a different time and place.

Flab The Inhaler
He is the most recent leader of the Monster Army.

Simon the Squatch
This man is wearing the same outfit as the guards outside - a wolf mask and letterman jacket. As you get closer you notice the outfit looks old and worn, patched up many times through - the years.

La Perla
A woman stands like a queen among a gang of hard man. She gives you a sleepy, dangerous smile.

Isabelle Redd
Isabelle Redd arrives at the Ranger HQ screaming about a bomb strapped to her.

Fastback
The oldest of the Arapaho crew members over at the Downtown branch.

Hallie
Blonde, beautiful, unblemished - there's no mistaking it. This could be the runaway slave La Perla's been hunting.

Liberty Buchanan
One of the three children of the Patriarch, Liberty's got more brains and cunning than both her brothers put together. She's the only one who could actually run Colorado according to her father.

Deputy Marshal Torres
A deputy Marshal assigned to the front desk at the Marshal HQ. When the Rangers arrive, she's busy collating damage reports from the Dorsey raid on Colorado Springs.

Bill
The young man gives you his best stoic, steely-eyed nod. Sadly, he looks like he's about to sneeze.

Discobot
A former civilian-made robot, it was later sold and modified for the United States Armed Forces.

Sister Nancy Forge
A squat bulldog of a woman wipes her hands with an oil-stained cloth. Her work belt is overloaded with tools and guns.

Her face gentles, and it becomes clear that Betsy isn't half as old as she appears.

A boy stands in the headlights of the Kodiak, an RPG pointed directly at you. His chest heaves whit anger.
